Project Delivery Best Practice Development Program

CenterLine Associates specializes in helping facility organizations improve their project delivery performance through a collaborative “best practice development” approach refined on major capital building programs at Yale, Stanford, NYNEX, Penn, Architect of the Capitol and Johns Hopkins University.

Key to cost effective project delivery is early planning. Clear vision, shared priorities and concise project requirements must be matched with the right team and best delivery method. CenterLine’s emphasis on team building from within the client’s organization pulls diverse departments together, building on existing strengths to co-develop optimum roles and utilization of internal and external resources. A practical “On the Job” testing/training of improvements on select “pilot projects” expedites implementation with minimum impact to busy workloads.

The CenterLine approach starts with a “self assessment” of current practice to determine strengths and identify areas for improvement through interviews of a cross section of the organization. CenterLine then facilitates group sessions to quickly document, self-diagnose and streamline existing roles and procedures. CenterLine has expertise in the implementation of simple, off the shelf, project forecast and reporting systems to effectively communicate project performance to the right parties, at the right level of detail, at the right time.
